Before bed, spray the pillow mist from afar. Normally one spray works great, but test it out to find your fav level of calm. 

BLOOM - This spray is a floral twist on just Lavender; scented in Ylang-Ylang blended with Lavender Essential Oil. 

DREAM - Stick to the basics - just Lavender Essential Oil
